Role Overview
- To draft, review, and negotiate all type of legal contracts for both internal and external parties in a timely manner
- Advise and provide legal opinions on all legal issues in Egypt
- Draft and review resolutions and follow up with relevant authorities
- Manage litigation cases with external law firms
- Advise on regulatory and legal matters
- Maintain filing systems and archiving process
- Administer and manage contracts
- Assist in the preparation and development of the budget
Requirements
- B. Sc. of Law degree (English Section is a must – French section is a plus)
- A minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm and/or in-house.
- Fluency in Arabic, English (French is a plus).
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful with excellent follow-through skills, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong intercultural, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
