Work with legal compliance across different areas of the business: marketing and advertising, payment processing, consumer rights, and other matters in the jurisdictions of the US, Europe, and other Tier-1 countries;
Analyze product and marketing initiatives: review advertising claims, product hypotheses, user flows, and other decisions for compliance with legal requirements;
Work with commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents;
Provide legal support for the company’s ongoing operational activities;
Communicate with business partners and coordinate cooperation with law firms in different jurisdictions;
Help teams find practical legal solutions: analyze risks, consider business impact, and propose clear next steps.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in law firms, Big 4, or IT companies;
Profound knowledge of one or more of the following areas: IP, corporate law, contract law, claims/disputes, commercial law, and regulatory compliance;
Experience managing legal projects or coordinating separate workstreams within complex projects;
Ability to analyze risks, quickly dive into new topics, and translate complex legal matters into clear business decisions;
Professional legal English and strong legal drafting skills.
