Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- HR experience in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and compliance
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into HR initiatives
- Experience with annual HR processes such as performance management and salary review
- Capacity to analyze workforce data and provide insights
- Ability to work with unions and handle consultations
