Collaborate with the global solutions architecture team to effectively communicate the technical value of Oxygen Forensics products and solutions to potential clients.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of virtual and in person product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
Provide pre and post sale technical knowledge to customers throughout the sales and implementation process.
Support the team in delivering remote and on site services, assisting clients with the implementation and use of our products.
Work closely with senior solutions architects to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches tailored to the regional market.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support, to ensure the smooth execution of business objectives.
Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging technical trends and competitive challenges in the digital forensics and cybersecurity industries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
A strong interest in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related industries.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
Willingness to travel within the region, and occasionally internationally, as required for on site delivery services.
Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
Basic knowledge of technical tools and platforms used to support sales efforts is a plus.
