Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
Write complex Power Fx expressions, create custom connectors, and manage end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
Monitor and analyze platform usage to drive performance improvements and ensure delivery quality.
Uphold software delivery excellence through code standards, risk mitigation, estimation, and defect analysis.
Support team practices and contribute to Emergn's strategic goals across complex, large-scale engagements.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong ability to write complex Power Fx expressions and build custom connectors.
Experience integrating Azure services within Power Platform solutions.
A solid understanding of software delivery principles including quality, risk management, and structured estimation.
Experience delivering in agile environments with varying levels of complexity and uncertainty.
