Contributes and drives continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.

Participates in work estimation activities.
Ensures that the scope of the project is kept, as well as tracks and reports changes, if any

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst
Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Adept in working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure.
Experience in any project management methodologies
Certification/s in Project Management is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English
Technical proficiency, including data analysis tools, understanding of software development processes, and knowledge of relevant technologies.
