Role Overview
- Assist in the development and management of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support the coordination and collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Help oversee quality control and safety management processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and assist in presenting progress reports, updates, and project documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project team members and external stakeholders, including the Technical Partner and Ground Investigation Partner.
- Take responsibility of your own and others’ health and safety by adopting and working to the EWR Co Health and Safety principles.
- Demonstrates a cost-conscious mindset, keeping tax payers’ money at the forefront of decisions.
- Shows a commitment to innovation by proactively seeking creative solutions to challenges and opportunities.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a project support role, preferably within the construction or railway industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera, is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of quality control and safety management processes within the construction industry.
