Own Day-to-Day Operations – Take full responsibility for budget management, performance tracking, account hygiene, and efficient task allocation.
Build Client Partnerships – Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Lead Client Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates on campaign performance, leading meetings, and ensuring transparency.
Define & Track KPIs – Collaborate with clients to set clear campaign objectives, closely monitoring performance against goals and contractual commitments.
Ensure Excellence & Best Practices – Champion high standards across your team, driving consistency, efficiency, and quality in campaign execution.
Develop & Mentor Your Team – Guide and support your team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and professional development.
Analyse & Optimise Performance – Run reports and deep-dive into data insights to identify areas for improvement, making strategic recommendations to enhance results.
Requirements
Experience running successful Paid Social campaigns in an agency environment.
