Support the legal department by developing and implementing legal operations strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance

Manage legal department budget and track expenses
Develop and deliver training programs to educate legal department staff on legal operations best practices
Requirements
6+ years of experience in compliance
Strong knowledge of legal department operations and best practices
Experience in implementing and managing legal technology tools and systems
Excellent project management and organizational skills
