Lead delivery of enterprise application development projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and architecture
Drive execution, priorities, planning, and delivery progress
Manage tasks, backlog, and priorities in Jira
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery processes
Identify delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
Ensure smooth cooperation between engineering teams and business representatives
Support projects involving Java-based systems and emerging AI initiatives

Experience as an IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or strong Scrum Master with delivery ownership
Proven experience managing software/application development projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to understand technical discussions, architecture topics, and engineering challenges
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
Hands-on experience with Jira
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive, people-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
Basic understanding of Java-based application development
Experience with enterprise Java projects (Nice to have)
Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery (Nice to have)
Experience with AI-related or emerging technology initiatives (Nice to have)
