About this role
Role Overview
Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners that align with our strategic objectives.
Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs.
Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, and sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance.
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets.
Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners.
Collaborate with internal sales teams for seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities.
Accurately forecast partner sales and provide regular reports on performance.
Requirements
Confident Communicator. Languages: Native German language, English fluent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
