Enhancing the efficiency of Digital Asset Management processes
Uploading & organizing images, logos, illustrations, labels, nutrition panels, video materials, and other media
Following standard tagging protocols and best practices
Intake of content from various global contributors
Managing access levels for users and user groups of the DAM
Conducting regular audits of the digital asset library
Collaborating with outside agency partners and internal teams
Documenting best practices for continuous improvement
Proactively advising cross-functional partners of upcoming usage expirations
Managing assets/brand guides for all global brands

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing DAM system and enterprise content management
Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Computer Science, Fine Arts or a related degree
Strong understanding of digital asset management principles and best practices
Experience working with DAM systems (e.g., OrangeLogic, Brandfolder, Aprimo)
Knowledge of copyright laws and usage rights for digital assets
Understanding of various media formats and ratios
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills across teams and regions
Creative problem solver and a solution-oriented mindset
Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
