About this role
Role Overview
You are the driving force behind our pipeline
Your job is not to "collect leads", but to build a revenue pipeline
You identify, contact, and qualify the most relevant SaaS and tech accounts across Europe and prepare them thoroughly for our Account Executives
Qualify leads and ensure clean handovers to Account Executives
Continuously nurture and develop your accounts (account awareness & timing)
Work with modern SaaS GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, outreach, etc.)
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS outbound
Knows how to win cold calls (not just make them)
Not afraid of rejection — instead, draws energy from it
Works in a structured way but is adaptable in conversations
Genuine interest in tech/SaaS and complex B2B software products
Wants to take ownership (not just tick off tasks)
Motivated by performance
