Promote the democratization of data and encourage the use of data as a decision-making tool.

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, etc.).
Proven experience in data analysis, solving business problems, and creating executive-level presentations.
Strategic thinking, clear and fluent communication, strong analytical and logical skills, autonomy and proactivity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is desirable.
Must be available to work in a hybrid model (4 days in the office and 1 day remote) in São Paulo, SP.
