Execute accounting routines, ensuring the quality, reliability and timeliness of financial information for Karavela's clients.
Record and reconcile accounting entries for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings.
Prepare, analyze and review trial balances, Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE) and other financial statements.
Ensure correct accounting classification and application of current standards (CPC and, when applicable, IFRS).
Analyze account variances and consistency, proposing adjustments when necessary.
Support and/or lead responses to internal and external audits.
Maintain interface with tax, finance and other internal teams.
Control provisions, depreciation, amortization, assets and liabilities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Work with a focus on deadlines, organization and standardization of Karavela's processes.
