Exploratory data analysis to uncover areas of improvement operationally and technically
Summarizing findings for Account Managers based on findings from your research
Ongoing tasks include preparing bi-weekly errors and competitiveness data for team calls, monthly technical tier updates and document creation
Create & maintain existing documentation for common tasks, analysis, and processes
Ad hoc projects as they arise
can be self directed or in tandem with teammates
Requirements
Comfort with data
you don't need to be a data savant, but you should comfortably know how to do basic spreadsheet analysis (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Tables, Index/Match). Experience with a BI tool is a plus.
Adaptability
your role may require you to join supplier meetings one day, and the next day focus on improving internal processes. Comfort and ability to excel in ambiguity is required.
Self-starter
interns play a huge role on our team. Having a strong work ethic and go-getter attitude is essential in this remote work environment.
Summarization skills
Highlighting relevant insights from data, and separating the signal from the noise is a key component of this role.
Hunger and grit
