Define and own First Intuition’s brand strategy, positioning and narrative across all audiences and channels.
Lead the development and governance of visual and verbal identity.
Oversee brand architecture, ensuring clarity across programmes, regional sites and new propositions or acquisitions.
Lead the development of high-performing creative assets for digital, print, campaigns, events and brand activations.
Ensure brand and content materials support business objectives and growth goals.
Develop and own First Intuition’s content strategy, aligned with learner lifecycle, commercial objectives and thought leadership ambitions.
Ensure a data-informed approach to content planning.
Own the brand(s) social media strategy, setting clear guidelines and posting expectations.
Partner with Regional, National and Online Marketing team to deliver cohesive brand-led activity.
Manage brand and content budgets effectively.
Lead relationships with creative and brand agencies, freelancers and production partners.
Lead and inspire the Brand, Content & PR function, developing high-performing specialists.

Proven experience leading brand, content or creative teams.
Demonstrable experience delivering brand transformation, campaigns and content strategy.
Strong brand strategy, storytelling and creative direction capability.
Excellent cross-channel content knowledge and editorial judgement.
Creative thinker with strong commercial sensibility.
Collaborative, inspiring and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
