Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs.
Manage projects to complete deliverables on time and within budget.
Develop scopes of work and budgets for new work.
Manage engineering and analysis support staff activities: field work, data collection, energy analyses, project research, etc.
Oversee primary and secondary data collection efforts as well as conducting data analysis.
Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures.
Develop data collection instruments and analysis tools/calculators.
Lead and support technical report writing; contribute to draft reports, including results and actionable recommendations.
Support senior staff with development of presentations, papers and proposals.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. engineering, environmental science with a focus on energy efficiency / energy management, or closely related industry).
5+ years of working experience with 4+ years of experience with impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
Expert level understanding of building systems, energy end uses and equipment, specific in commercial and industrial sectors is desirable.
In-depth experience with energy assessments, analysis of energy data, and/or Measurement and Verification experience.
