Provide strategic and operational leadership for large enterprise-scale technology organizations
Accelerate adoption of AI-driven solutions and modern data platforms across products
Develop senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of high performance, innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement in Paychex India
Lead technology delivery across multiple lines of business, owning delivery excellence and operational stability
Define and execute AI enablement strategy, ensuring compliance with Responsible AI principles
Own strategic leadership of data engineering platforms supporting AI, analytics, and enterprise reporting
Promote strong engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, and operational excellence
Balance short-term delivery with long-term capability development across the organization

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
18 years of enterprise software engineering experience
6+ years leading Engineering Managers and senior technical teams
Strong background in Java-based, large-scale systems
Proven experience driving AI and data platform transformations
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering architectures, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
