Support the development and updating of Necessary Information Level (NIN) and IDS documentation according to the BIM uses defined in the BEP (BIM Execution Plan)
Assist with modeling, documentation, and quantification of project elements
Perform basic adjustments and corrections in models under team guidance
Support the review of drawings, quantity takeoffs, and technical documentation
Contribute to improvements in operational processes and workflows
Assist in developing and applying automations and routines to optimize team activities
Requirements
Availability to intern 30 hours per week
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site in Florianópolis, SC and 3 days remote)
Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or Building Technician programs
Reside in Florianópolis or the surrounding region
No prior experience required
Participation in academic projects, courses, or activities related to BIM and modeling is desirable
Basic knowledge of Revit, Archicad, or similar tools
Ability to read and interpret project drawings
Basic understanding of technical documentation and quantity takeoffs
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools
Knowledge of Dynamo
Knowledge of Python
Experience with BIM automations
