Take on the planning work for all service phases according to § 34 HOAI — preferably with a focus on execution planning (detailed design), preparing specifications and bills of quantities, and extending to construction supervision and documentation
Independently coordinate building construction projects and assume interdisciplinary internal project management and support
Independently create architectural concepts and building designs using CAD software

Degree as a Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Architect, state-certified technician in construction engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Confident in using relevant CAD and Office programs
Familiar with VOB and DIN standards as well as the recognized rules of engineering practice
Professional, with several years of practical experience
Confident appearance, negotiation skills and professionalism in dealings with clients, business partners and contractors
