Role Overview

- Utilize background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Work with a solid understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions
- Familiarity with title bills and title policies is essential
Requirements
- Extensive experience with New York and/or national commercial transactions
- Firm understanding of compliance and settlement including disbursements and funding
- Direct client contact
- Minimum of 3 years experience in running commercial files
- Real Estate Paralegals with Commercial experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply. All inquiries are confidential.
