This role involves managing logistics, data integrity, and timeline coordination for large-scale global events, ensuring that all session content is accurate and delivered on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and logistical support to Event Content Managers to streamline session management
- Assist with the content development process by tracking timelines, coordinating production needs, and managing session scheduling
- Maintain high data accuracy by inputting session information into content platforms, generating reports, and developing email templates
- Partner with Event Technology teams to conduct user testing for content tools, including the Session Catalog and Speaker Portal
- Act as a point of contact for internal experts and session leaders to collect deliverables and ensure timelines are met
