Working Student Media Design and Communication – Digitization Department

Role Overview

• Prepare and design newsletters and similar formats, and develop Google Sites.
• Write concise articles for various magazines and comparable media.
• Continuously collect customer feedback and implement suggested improvements.
• Creatively produce content and design elements for multiple communication channels.
• Work closely with the team and other project managers at the plants to develop effective and engaging communication strategies.
• Support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and events in the context of the production and digitization strategy.

Requirements

• Enrolled full-time student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing and Communication, Media Technology, Engineering, Computer Science), ideally with a focus on digitization or process optimization.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Confident command of English for communication and documentation.
• Some prior experience in web design or UX design is highly welcomed.
• Independent working style combined with strong team skills.
• Very good written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise meeting minutes.
• Interest in innovative digital technologies and their application in production and office environments.
• Ideally advanced experience with G-Suite applications (Google Sites, Slides, Sheets, Gemini).
