Own the end‑to‑end learning design for priority AI learning workstreams, including AI Foundations, role‑based learning and immersive learning experiences across the firm.
Translate business and capability needs into intentional learning journeys aligned to agreed AI skills frameworks.
Design and build high-quality learning assets (eLearning, facilitator guides, toolkits and communications) that scale consistently across the firm.
Partner with Change and business stakeholders to enable learning communities (e.g., AI Champions) with practical resources, facilitation support and upskilling that reinforce learning in the flow of work.
Lead learning experience (LX) design to ensure journeys are coherent, intuitive, and focused on application and impact — not just awareness.
Facilitate selectively and coordinate delivery of virtual and in‑person learning experiences, partnering with SMEs and facilitators to ensure quality and relevance.
Own governance rhythms for assigned learning workstreams, including working groups, reporting, risk/issue tracking and stakeholder updates.
Partner with Risk & Responsible AI, Firmwide Technology and LLTD teams to ensure content reflects current tools, policies and risk expectations.
Define and track meaningful learning success measures (participation, feedback, application) and drive continuous improvement through iteration and evidence‑based insights.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering scalable learning solutions (digital and/or facilitated), ideally within AI, technology, transformation or capability programs.
Strong learning design and curriculum architecture capability, able to think holistically about pathways, progression and coherence.
Confidence working in a complex, matrix environment with senior stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
Strong collaboration skills, able to build trusted relationships across Learning, Risk, Technology and Line of Service stakeholders to deliver outcomes together.
Agile learning mindset, able to adapt learning approaches quickly as AI tools, use cases and firm priorities evolve.
Clear communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, learner‑centric experiences.
Strong delivery orientation with attention to detail, structure and quality.
A data‑informed mindset, using insights and measurement to continuously lift learning impact.
Interest in AI and emerging technologies (deep technical expertise not required).
