Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function
Recording of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records
Preparing reports that summarize and forecast business activity
Standardizing and streamlining work procedures
Process payments accurately and timely while striving for high internal and external customer satisfaction

Minimum of five or more years of experience in full cycle accounts payable review and analysis
Expert understanding of business processes of accounts payable
Strong ERP experience required
Ability to analyze, develop and implement responses to operational process challenges
Adherence to SOX standards and procedures
Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions
Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
