Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all corporate invoices and payment requests
Verify sales taxes on invoices and make proper correction to comply with state requirements
Handle all vendor payable inquiries, analyze requests and transactions
Conduct credit card purchase audits and ensure compliance with Groundworks credit card policy
Provide direct or online user support and accounts payable training to end users
Analyze exceptions to detect patterns and implement a resolution
Collaborate with assigned branches to resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
Maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external partners

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounts payable role
Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of corporate payables business processes and associated Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities
Strong analytical skills
Experience in shared services environment is considered an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specific proficiency in Excel
