Clinic Director

Role Overview

• Oversee the hiring process for all therapists at their clinic
• Provide all training for clinic new hires
• Assess ongoing development and training needs
• Hold staff compassionately accountable for meeting performance expectations
• Manage staff performance and conduct performance reviews
• Provide clinical oversight to clinic’s therapists
• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with franchise owner and Ellie Mental Health corporate staff
• Spearhead clinic’s community outreach and engagement efforts

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
• Independently licensed with the State of Colorado (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working understanding of human resource principles
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
