Role Overview
- Share vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care
- Accept responsibility for the overall performance and operation of a clinic
- Hire and recruit clinicians
- Manage clinic performance and client satisfaction
- Provide training and ongoing developmental support
- Meet fiscal goals
- Market clinical services and build community partnerships
- Maintain reasonable client caseload
- Oversee hiring and training process for therapists
- Assess ongoing development and training needs
- Hold staff accountable for meeting performance expectations
- Oversee peer consultation groups
- Provide clinical oversight to therapists
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals
- Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and supplies
- Spearhead community outreach and engagement efforts
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with the State of Colorado (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
