Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for leading, developing and recruiting a team of field Account Managers
• Sell & support the full professional salon brand portfolio
• Foster a strong and influential relationship with the AMLP Management Team
• Lead the team to increase market share
• Maximize the market’s education capacity and execute customer strategies
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in outside sales/distributor experience
• 3-5 years of sales team management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong leadership, thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Digitally savvy
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Demonstrates advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office
• PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• PowerBI experience preferred.
• Strong data management/analytics skills – Power BI experience is a plus
• Up to 50-60% overnight travel in field that can include weekends
• Valid Driver’s License
• Beauty Industry experience
