About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Identify and engage target customers to generate new business
Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned to customer needs
Maintain accurate CRM and sales data to support forecasting and marketing insights
Use data-driven decision-making to ensure compliance with pricing and service agreements
Resolve customer issues and partner with teams to improve customer experience and NPS
Participate in product trainings, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
Uphold company standards and compliance across all processes
Requirements
Over 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development
Proven track record in industrial field sales, preferably in Industry / MRO / Electronics
Strong negotiator and communicator
Results-driven with solid financial, analytical, and time-management skills
Skilled in procurement understanding, value selling, and meeting KPIs
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools
