Lead and develop the technical service organization across Baden-Württemberg, including dispatch management and field service
Responsible for service-oriented execution as well as the operational and strategic development of day-to-day technical operations
Improve and optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
Work with KPIs; operational reporting and controlling
Optimize processes in current projects and future workflows
Quality assurance for technical services
Ensure compliance with all technical and legally required regulations
Coordinate relevant training programs in cooperation with HR
Close collaboration with sales managers, the management team and executive leadership
Regular presence at main sites in Stuttgart and Ettlingen (and at smaller regional locations)

Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or technical-business discipline
Relevant leadership experience in a technical environment; experience in the dental industry is an advantage
Experience working with diverse personalities and large teams
