Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers;
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable development practices;
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development;
Proven experience working with Agentforce;
Experience building conversational AI solutions and chatbots;
Knowledge of email automation workflows and intelligent routing systems;
Strong API integration and system integration skills;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
Experience working in Agile environments.
