Collect, formalize, and deploy design requirements and technical definitions, building the calibration roadmap with tuning specialists and performance experts.
Plan, monitor, and drive calibration convergence, managing schedules, technical trade‑offs, and alignment with project milestones.
Manage economic aspects of calibration activities, including quotations, budget entry tickets, and financial convergence versus initial commitments.
Coordinate and follow up internal and supplier calibration activities, ensuring progress, consistency, and performance delivery.
Prepare and maintain quality and project documentation (e.g. EQM MAP, checklists, GRP, NRL) in line with internal standards.
Organize and oversee calibration test activities, including test engines, vehicles, parts, and test trips.
Provide clear reporting and synthesis to management and stakeholders, including milestone reviews, end‑of‑project summaries, and serial life support (LUP QC topics).
Requirements
A proven track record in engine calibration and tuning, ideally within hybrid or range extender powertrain projects.
Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering preferred).
Excellent skills in project coordination and technical requirement definition.
Strong competencies in calibration convergence management and cross-functional collaboration, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
Solid knowledge of the automotive sector and powertrain systems; knowledge of HORSE Powertrain business and its ambition to transform the industry is a strong advantage.
