Manage outreach follow-ups, scheduling, confirmations, and interview coordination to maintain a consistent interview pipeline.
Drive growth of the free directory membership funnel and support the conversion of qualified practitioners into paid editorial memberships.
Maintain accurate pipeline stages, outreach activity, follow-up schedules, and reporting within CRM systems.
Support audience and platform growth initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing channels.
Track interviews and partnerships throughout the full content lifecycle, from scheduling through publication and promotional stages.
Participate in video calls and professional outreach conversations with practitioners, practice managers, and executive assistants.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales development, partnerships, appointment setting, or outbound revenue roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience managing outreach and relationship-building across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
Experience managing pipelines, follow-ups, and sales activity from first contact through conversion.
Comfort using CRM platforms to track activity, deal stages, and outreach reporting.
Ability to write clear, professional, and personalized outreach messages for social media and email communication.
Interest or familiarity with aesthetics, beauty, wellness, cosmetic medicine, or healthcare-related industries is strongly preferred.
