Operations Administrator

Role Overview

• The Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of clinic operations
• Serve as the internal administrator for Epic EMR user access, configurations, and workflow optimization
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) handling IT services
• Liaise with property managers for maintenance issues, repairs, lease compliance, and utilities
• Support policy development and documentation related to operational workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, IT, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, EMR management, or IT coordination
• Strong working knowledge of Epic (or another major EMR platform)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
