Guide tasks by managing user profiles and access requests, supervising the control and optimization of resources that may be shared between management teams or between departments within the same management.
Oversee and guide the management of organized and specific file repositories, ensuring that documentation is up to date and accessible to those who need it (physical and digital).
Supervise and guide the management of meeting and appointment scheduling, including managerial calendars and the calendars of other leaders.
Supervise and guide the management of costs and expenses for the technical team, such as travel reimbursements and lodging and meal expenses.
Requirements
Experience in the following specialties: Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-oriented Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or other related areas, provided they are validated by contract management.
Education: Higher education — Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administration, or other related fields, provided they are validated by the client's contract management.
