About this role
Role Overview
Strategic enterprise account management and end-to-end responsibility for selected enterprise clients
Lead implementation projects and complex change and transformation programs
Top-level stakeholder management and building trusted, long-term partnerships as a trusted advisor
Identify strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Contribute to pitches and proposal development for highly complex enterprise deals
Requirements
Several years (5+ years) of professional experience in a reputable management or strategy consulting firm, or in a demanding in-house consulting role
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects, restructurings, or margin/cost-efficiency programs
Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and to develop enterprise clients strategically at the top-management level
Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability
Business-fluent German and English
