Role Overview
- Implementing and maintaining framework and procedures to govern End User Developed Tools at State Street
- Providing global support, testing and approving systems used by EUDT Governance
- Responding to tickets and emails from users globally
- Triaging governance support issues
- Testing and providing feedback on tools and systems used by EUDT Governance
- Providing content for governance documentation
- Coordinating with users globally to remediate compliance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical certifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access)
- Familiarity with EUDTs and their platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- SQL query experience
- Python experience (Good to Have)
- Visual Basic for Applications coding experience (Good to Have)
- .NET coding experience (Good to Have)
