Drives significant impact on projects and programs by ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions that align with business strategy.
Works typically on multiple systems across the sub-function, effectively managing highly ambiguous and evolving requirements.
Requirements
7+ years as a Business Analyst/Consultant, with at least 4 years in the Life Sciences or Pharma Industry.
Experience with Clinical Data Systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems or Non-CRF data systems.
Extensive experience overseeing initiatives with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale, and driving alignment across highly ambiguous spaces.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory/Consultancy concepts and practices.
Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions between business and IT users globally.
Familiar with Agile product delivery, backlog management, and delivering GxP validated systems.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and commit to collaboration during "Roche Golden Hours" (7:00
10:00 AM PST).
Fluency in English.
