Role Overview
- Responding to tickets and emails from users globally.
- Executing control activities and managing control evidence.
- Testing and providing feedback on tools and systems used by EUDT Governance.
- Maintaining governance documentation.
- Researching new technology platforms.
- Providing training on EUDT Governance procedures.
- Ability to work during off hours, weekends etc..
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical certifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access)
- Familiarity with EUDTs and their platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- SQL query experience
- Python experience (Good to Have)
- Visual Basic for Applications coding experience (Good to Have)
- .NET coding experience (Good to Have)
