Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial crime risk management, with a strong background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
In-depth knowledge of relevant Gibraltar and UK laws, regulations, and industry standards related to financial crime, AML, and cryptocurrency.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven track record of success in designing and implementing financial crime risk management programs.
Experience in conducting internal investigations and interacting with law enforcement agencies.
