About this role

Own the merchant-facing surfaces of the platform across the US and Canada
Be the sole product owner for merchant sign-up, sign-in, and dashboard
Work with Sales and Business Development teams to enhance product experience
Plan and prioritize the merchant-side roadmap on a quarterly basis
Transition interactions from AI tools to production tools for team collaboration
Engage with key stakeholders including Engineering, Sales, and Merchant Operations

3–5 years of product management experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software at a fintech, marketplace, payments, or SaaS company
Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading conversations with US
and Canada-based stakeholders
Experience with at least one of: onboarding, dashboard or self-serve admin products, or payments and payouts
Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products is a strong plus
Working comfort with SQL and the ability to read code (you don’t need to ship it, but you’ll read it)
Demonstrated track record of working with Sales and BD as primary commercial partners
