Role Overview
- Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects and programs running in parallel
- Drive project delivery across international teams and stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication, planning, prioritization, and risk management
- Coordinate activities across business and technical teams
- Work with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful delivery
- Support changing business priorities with a proactive and flexible approach
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing large IT projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 Agile, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: Experience in HR / People-related projects (attendance, payroll, automation, digitalization, etc.)
