Drive Kraft Heinz sell-out in the region within the Cash & Carry channel through robust commercial planning and strategic customer management
Ensure forecast accuracy and the development and leadership of a high-performance team
Develop and lead the sales and execution plan within accounts
Manage high-level relationships with regional partners in each account
Monitor regional performance cadence through critical analysis of KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent business field
Over 10 years of sales management experience in a corporate/FMCG environment
Fluent in English
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets and KPIs
Experience managing and developing sales teams
