Role Overview

Requirements
Bachelor/Apprenticeship in IT/Service
Previous experience in IT-Support or Customer Service
SaaS experience
LogTech Experience (ERP/WMS/TMS)
Fluent in English and French
Nordic language skills are beneficial, but no requirement
Positive and team-oriented attitude
Customer-centric
with a professional demeanour
Good at time management
Structured and orderly with a sense of urgency
Flexible when the situation dictates it
Ensure CV is uploaded in English
