About this role
Role Overview
Support of the team in the head office
Preparation and maintenance of analyses, statistics and reports (primarily Excel)
Documentation and follow-up of cross-departmental actions
Maintenance and organization of documents and templates
Assistance with the coordination of audits and internal processes
General office organization and day-to-day administrative support
Participation in the analysis of results and measures
Coordination and liaison with the relevant contacts
Requirements
Completed commercial or business administration qualification
Initial professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the tourism sector
Proficient and confident use of MS Office applications (especially Excel & Word)
Strong numerical skills and enjoyment of structured work
Independent and accurate working style with the ability to set priorities
Good written communication skills
Team player with discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
