Drive strategic discussions and generate strategic insights through definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs, recurring studies and reports, with focus on commercial performance improvement, operational efficiency and results optimization;
Drive results through pricing models that consider customer profile and risk, focusing on competitiveness, retention and profitability;
Lead the agenda for optimizing results by product and distribution channels;
Participate in Strategic Planning discussions and product budget modeling;
Support the design of sales campaigns and commercial targets aligned with the company strategy;
Interface with product, commercial, finance teams, squads and insurers to support business performance analyses;
Produce market analyses to support the strategy for business development;
Prepare executive presentations for decision forums, ensuring structured storytelling, clear narrative and direction for decision making
Requirements
Experience in Commercial and Strategic Planning;
Knowledge of Finance – P&L and Income Statement (DRE);
Experience creating executive presentations;
Experience managing product P&L and familiarity with the items that make up an insurer’s and broker’s income statement (DRE) is a plus;
Experience in Planning/Analytics within the automotive market is a plus;
Analytical skills to evaluate and create opportunities with clear value propositions;
