Role Overview
- Provide "legendary" care to hospital patients with medication management services
- Work alongside hospital clinicians face-to-face and over the phone
- Educate prospective pharmacy patients on hospital services
- Ensure patients remain on track with medication regimens
- Communicate effectively with the centralized Patient Service Center
- Help develop new processes for smooth operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- State registered pharmacy technician
- National certification as a CPhT preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with good judgement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
