Act as a strategic partner to business leaders , supporting decision-making related to performance, career development, engagement, and employee relations.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client groups, working closely with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent execution of HR initiatives.
Lead and support core talent processes, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Org Planning, and Workforce Planning, bringing to bear data-driven insights and recommendations.
Identify and support Training & Development initiatives aligned with business priorities, capability gaps, and performance outcomes.
Support internal communication and engagement initiatives , ensuring alignment, clarity, and a strong employee experience.
Actively support change management efforts , partnering with leaders and teams through organizational transformations, restructuring, and new ways of working.
Leverage People Analytics and HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to diagnose issues, support decision-making, strengthen retention initiatives, and support compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields, with equivalent experience considered.
Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR generalist position; Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR processes.
Advanced or proficient English language.
Spanish is desirable.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, experience supporting change management and organizational transformation projects is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
